Yvette Criner is a seasoned entrepreneur and business strategist who became a business owner at just 19, launching her first childcare center. She went on to own and scale six centers, successfully selling them for a profit. Recognizing her talent for business growth, she founded a consulting firm to coach other business owners on scaling and exiting their businesses.

Her passion for training and development led her to establish a childcare training company, providing services for industry leaders such as Crème de la Crème, KinderCare, Children’s Network, Kiddie Academy, and The Learning Experience. With a growing interest in mergers and acquisitions, she trained with the American Business Brokers Association and later joined Transworld Business Advisors, learning from top industry experts.

Building on her expertise, she went on to own three business brokerages and founded the Professional Business Broker Association (PBBA) in 2004, offering training and certification for business brokers. Throughout her career, she has owned and operated businesses in real estate, construction and development, trucking, childcare, consulting, and real estate investment, equipping her with the working knowledge to lead business owners toward generational wealth.

In addition to her business ventures, she is a sought-after public speaker and has been featured in Shoutout Houston and the Houston Business Journal. She was also nominated for 40 Under 40 and has appeared in interviews with Biz TX.
